Gallery Night’s Festa Italiana celebration is Friday, May 15th from 5-9 PM in downtown Pensacola.
If you are a full service Food Vendor, please use the button below to complete the food truck application. Tent vendors must also complete this form. Please note: only one 10×10 tent is permitted.
All Other Vendors: Please complete the vendor application form below. Vendors such as (but not limited to) can apply using the form below: Theme specific vendors, cooking demonstration, cottage food, bakery, grocers, theme specific performers, Italian vehicles, and sponsors.
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
- Vendor Fees: General Vendors – $80 participation fee; Cottage Food, Bakery, and Grocer – $100; Performers – No fee. Other categories vary (fees may differ by vendor type).
- Tent Requirements: You must provide and operate a 10′ x 10′ WHITE tent. If you need to use a different color tent, include your request in the application for approval.
- Event Schedule:
- Set up begins at 3:30 PM
- Your display must be fully ready by 5:00 PM
- Breakdown begins no earlier than 9:00 PM
- You must vacate the streets by 10:00 PM
