Nonprofit Organization Application Form

Nonprofit organizations who are interested in participating in Gallery Night Pensacola may fill out the following form.

To participate, selected nonprofit organizations must pay the $50 Nonprofit Fee (a reduced fee may be offered based on need and in limited supply upon request) to guarantee a 10’x10’ space located between Main Street and Zaragoza on Palafox at Gallery Night Pensacola in a particular month.

Nonprofit booths may:

  • Accept donations
  • Sell wares (tee shirts, tickets to events, etc.)
  • Provide activities
  • Gather signatures
  • And more!

Setups for nonprofit organizations may use LED lights ONLY. Electricity is not available for any other electronics or equipment. Nonprofit organizations are responsible for bringing all necessary items and equipment (e.g. tables, tents, chairs, etc.).

  • Please provide the Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) for your organization
