I’m Chuck Mitchell. My family and I operate a Veteran owned mobile business called Redneck Riviera Smokers. We specialize in award winning “Texas Style Smoked BBQ”. We feature Texas style brisket; Jack Daniels brown sugar pulled pork and smoked chicken. We serve them as sandwiches as well as meals that can include hand cut fries, onion rings and the best baked beans you’ve ever had. We operate a fully licensed food trailer and have repeatedly served at events such as Bands on the Blackwater in Milton, Mattie Kelly Arts Center in Destin, venues such as 3rd Planet Brewery, Beardless Brewhouse, Gulf Coast Garage Patio Bar, Gary’s Biergarten, Paradise Beach Fillin’ Station along with HOA’s and businesses.
