Nonprofit organizations interested in participating in Gallery Night Pensacola may complete the form below to apply.
Selected organizations will pay a $100 participation fee for each event to secure a 10’x10′ space in a prime location within the Gallery Night footprint. This nonprofit rate is significantly discounted from our standard vendor fees to support fellow mission-driven organizations.
Nonprofit booths may:
- Accept donations
- Sell nonprofit-related items (e.g. t-shirts, event tickets)
- Provide interactive activities
- Collect signatures
- And more!
Setup Guidelines:
- Only LED lights are permitted (no other electrical equipment allowed).
- Electricity is not available unless a generator is rented.
- Organizations are responsible for all materials (e.g. tent, table, chairs, signage).
- A limited number of generators are available for rent at $50 per event.
