Nonprofit Organization Application Form

Nonprofit organizations who are interested in participating in Gallery Night Pensacola may fill out the following form.

To participate, selected nonprofit organizations must pay the $50 Nonprofit Fee to guarantee a 10’x10’ space located between Main Street and Zaragoza on Palafox at Gallery Night Pensacola in a particular month.

Nonprofit booths may:

Accept donations
Sell wares associated with nonprofit (tee shirts, tickets to events, etc.)
Provide activities
Gather signatures
And more!

Setups for nonprofit organizations may use LED lights ONLY. Electricity is not available for any other electronics or equipment. Nonprofit organizations are responsible for bringing all necessary items and equipment (e.g. tables, tents, chairs, etc.).

Hold Harmless*

In consideration of the abovesigned being permitted to participate in “Gallery Night Pensacola” events governed by its “Sponsors” by the Gallery Night Pensacola Board of Directors and the City of Pensacola, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge the Sponsors and each of their employees, officers, directors, and agents, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss, injury or death, or damage to or loss of property arising out of the abvoesigned’s participation in Gallery Night Pensacola’s event. This release extends and applies to, and covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability, and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provision of any state, federal, local and/or territorial law, or statute providing in substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries or damages which are unknown or not suspected to exist at the time, are hereby expressly waived. The abovesigned agrees on behalf of itself, it’s successors, assigns, and sublicenses to indemnify the Sponsors and their employees, officers, directors, and agents, jointly and severally, and to hold them harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses of whatever nature and kind, including attorneys’ fees, which may be at any time incurred by them or any of them in connection with the participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events by the abovesigned and the abovesigned’s staff, guests, visitors, participants, and invitees. Sponsors shall have no liability for any damage to property, or injury or death to persons arising out of the participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events. The abovesigned agrees to inform all its staff and event participants that the undersigned and such staff, participants, guests, or invitees of the abovesigned assume all risk of loss or injury arising out of participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events or related activities. The abovesigned agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the Sponsors by the participation of the undersigned and further agrees to abide by all policies established by the Sponsors in connection with Gallery Night Pensacola events.
