Gallery Night Pensacola Wins Best Entertainment Award from UWF

Survey conducted by UWF’s American Marketing Association

PENSACOLA, FL Aug. 5, 2019

Gallery Night Pensacola was presented with a Best in Entertainment Award from the University of West Florida’s American Marketing Association as part of the U Choose Awards program. The U Choose Awards measures the brand equity of businesses and organizations in the Pensacola area, based on surveys of University of West Florida students.

An organization’s brand equity represents the goodwill and reputation it has earned from positive customer interactions. Organizations with high levels of brand equity tend to offer excellent product/service experiences to their customers. The results of U Choose Awards recognize the businesses and organizations who have successfully delivered exceptional value to the UWF student community.

“As a nonprofit organization, being considered the best in entertainment by UWF students means we are succeeding at our mission of providing an engaging and free art and culture community event that appeals to all ages and lifestyles.” Said Gallery Night Director Sydney Robinson.

The U Choose Awards is a student-led marketing research project, conducted by members of UWF’s American Marketing Association (AMA), under the supervision of Dr. James Mead, assistant professor of marketing in the College of Business. The AMA student leadership team for the 2019 U Choose Awards includes Laura Bautista, Isaac Mohr, Tyler Smith, and Madison Alexander.
