Crowds at Gallery Night Pensacola

Community Partners

Local businesses interested in promoting their business at Gallery Night Pensacola may apply through the Community Partners program.

Selected Community Partners will pay a $300 participation fee per event to secure a 10’ x 10’ space within the Gallery Night footprint. This rate is discounted from standard vendor and sponsorship pricing to support local businesses.

Community Partner booths may promote their brand, sell retail merchandise, distribute promotional materials, and engage with attendees.
Food, beverages, and alcohol sales are not permitted.

Setup notes:

  • Partners provide their own tent, table, chairs, and signage
  • Only LED lighting is permitted
  • Power access is limited and not guaranteed

Submission of this application does not guarantee placement. Approved applicants will receive confirmation, placement details, and next steps.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement —– In consideration of the undersigned being permitted to participate in Gallery Night Pensacola events, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges Gallery Night Pensacola, Inc., its Board of Directors, the City of Pensacola, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities of any kind, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or related to the undersigned’s participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events. This release applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, suspected or unsuspected, existing now or arising in the future, and the undersigned expressly waives any rights under any law or statute that would otherwise limit the scope of this release to known claims only. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the undersigned’s participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events, including the acts or omissions of the undersigned’s employees, contractors, volunteers, guests, invitees, or participants. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events is voluntary and involves inherent risks. The undersigned assumes all risks of injury, loss, or damage arising from participation and agrees to inform all associated personnel and participants of such risks. The undersigned further agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the Released Parties arising from the undersigned’s participation and to comply with all policies, rules, and requirements established in connection with Gallery Night Pensacola events.
