Local businesses interested in promoting their business at Gallery Night Pensacola may apply through the Community Partners program.
Selected Community Partners will pay a $300 participation fee per event to secure a 10’ x 10’ space within the Gallery Night footprint. This rate is discounted from standard vendor and sponsorship pricing to support local businesses.
Community Partner booths may promote their brand, sell retail merchandise, distribute promotional materials, and engage with attendees.
Food, beverages, and alcohol sales are not permitted.
Setup notes:
- Partners provide their own tent, table, chairs, and signage
- Only LED lighting is permitted
- Power access is limited and not guaranteed
