Chip Spirson

Chip Spirson is currently based in Pensacola, Florida. He works in many media including painting, sculpture, and up-cycled and found objects. His inspirations come from observations of daily life. He has the ability to take in abundant information fo the natural/social world and synthesize personalized interpretation. His compositions are valid inquiries into things that are. Look beyond familiar characters and technique to find reflections of the human condition.

Spirson has been honored to have been listed in the Creek Hall of Fame, has won the Miss Alabama bi-state juried show, been juried Best of Show, First Place, Second Place to honorable mention along with Judge’s award in multiple shows at Artel Gallery, is part of the permanent collection of the Meridian Mississippi Museum of Art, been accepted to display at the Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival and was honored by the Pensacola Symphony when a sonata was composed to his paintings.

“Brightside Revolutions is an art collective showcasing the works of artists couple Amanda Edwards and Ronson Stewart. We specialize in hand made jewelry and mixed media paintings. Amanda hand crafts all the jewelry with a focus in showcasing the beauty in nature and preserving it as a beautiful accessory for years to come. All painting are created by Ronson, with a deep love of colors and the intense relationship that they have with one another. Most subject matter is done with astral and or metaphysical underlying tones but is varied from painting to painting.”
