Nonprofit Organization Application Form

Nonprofit organizations interested in participating in Gallery Night Pensacola may complete the form below to apply.

Selected organizations will pay a $100 participation fee for each event to secure a 10’x10′ space in a prime location within the Gallery Night footprint. This nonprofit rate is significantly discounted from our standard vendor fees to support fellow mission-driven organizations.

Nonprofit booths may:

  • Accept donations
  • Sell nonprofit-related items (e.g. t-shirts, event tickets)
  • Provide interactive activities
  • Collect signatures
  • And more!

Setup Guidelines:

  • Only LED lights are permitted (no other electrical equipment allowed).
  • Electricity is not available unless a generator is rented.
  • Organizations are responsible for all materials (e.g. tent, table, chairs, signage).
  • A limited number of generators are available for rent at $50 per event.

Do you require power for your setup?
If you select “Yes,” you will be billed a $50 generator rental fee. Only LED lighting is permitted. Electricity is not available for other equipment or electronics.

I understand that if I set up prior to 4 p.m., I am subject to a fine or my eligibility to be a Gallery Night participant may be suspended or revoked.*
In consideration of the abovesigned being permitted to participate in “Gallery Night Pensacola” events governed by its “Sponsors” by the Gallery Night Pensacola Board of Directors and the City of Pensacola, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge the Sponsors and each of their employees, officers, directors, and agents, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss, injury or death, or damage to or loss of property arising out of the abvoesigned’s participation in Gallery Night Pensacola’s event. This release extends and applies to, and covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability, and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provision of any state, federal, local and/or territorial law, or statute providing in substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries or damages which are unknown or not suspected to exist at the time, are hereby expressly waived. The abovesigned agrees on behalf of itself, it’s successors, assigns, and sublicenses to indemnify the Sponsors and their employees, officers, directors, and agents, jointly and severally, and to hold them harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses of whatever nature and kind, including attorneys’ fees, which may be at any time incurred by them or any of them in connection with the participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events by the abovesigned and the abovesigned’s staff, guests, visitors, participants, and invitees. Sponsors shall have no liability for any damage to property, or injury or death to persons arising out of the participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events. The abovesigned agrees to inform all its staff and event participants that the undersigned and such staff, participants, guests, or invitees of the abovesigned assume all risk of loss or injury arising out of participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events or related activities. The abovesigned agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the Sponsors by the participation of the undersigned and further agrees to abide by all policies established by the Sponsors in connection with Gallery Night Pensacola events.
