Please use the form below to apply as a Food Truck Vendor for Gallery Night Pensacola 2026 events.

Important Instructions:

  • Participation Fee: The participation price is $300 per event + 10% of sales.
  • Submit Only Once: This application form only needs to be submitted one time for the entire year. Please select which dates you are available and applying for.
  • Updates to Your Application: If you need to make any updates or changes after submitting your form, please contact Whitney MacLeod directly at director@gallerynightpensacola.org.
  • Review Carefully: Ensure all the information provided is accurate before submitting. This will help us process your application efficiently.

Please Note: Selecting dates you are available does not guarantee placement. Whitney will email you your confirmed 2026 schedule. Once received, you must confirm that you are still available for the assigned dates. Any dates you are not selected for will be considered waitlist dates, and you may be contacted if another confirmed truck is no longer able to attend.

Food Vendor Rules*
If accepted, food trucks will be required to abide by the following rules or risk not being invited back to Gallery Night Pensacola. Food vendors must operate only within their assigned space. They are responsible for disposing of all of their own trash and debris; vendor trash may not be placed in any Gallery Night Pensacola event trash cans and must be removed and disposed of off-site. Vendors must also avoid undue disturbances, such as loud generators or music.

Logistics*
Food trucks will be need to be on location at 4 p.m. and ready to assume their designated location. Streets will begin closing at 4:00 p.m. Food vendors will be unable to move or leave their designated space until the streets have been reopened by the Pensacola Police Department (approximately 10:00 PM). Food vendors will follow all Gallery Night vendor rules. Food vendors will act in accordance with all Local, State and Federal laws.
I understand from the one week out date of Gallery Night Pensacola's events, NO REFUNDS or ROLLOVERS WILL BE GRANTED.*
I understand Gallery Night Pensacola's events are rain or shine. NO REFUNDS or ROLLOVERS WILL BE GRANTED.*
I understand that I am required to submit my complete sales report for each Gallery Night event I participate in and remit 10% of those sales by month's end. Failure to meet this requirement may result in ineligibility for future events until all outstanding reports and payments are submitted to Gallery Night Pensacola.
In consideration of the abovesigned being permitted to participate in “Gallery Night Pensacola” events governed by its “Sponsors” by the Gallery Night Pensacola Board of Directors and the City of Pensacola, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge the Sponsors and each of their employees, officers, directors, and agents, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss, injury or death, or damage to or loss of property arising out of the abvoesigned’s participation in Gallery Night Pensacola’s event. This release extends and applies to, and covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability, and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provision of any state, federal, local and/or territorial law, or statute providing in substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries or damages which are unknown or not suspected to exist at the time, are hereby expressly waived. The abovesigned agrees on behalf of itself, it’s successors, assigns, and sublicenses to indemnify the Sponsors and their employees, officers, directors, and agents, jointly and severally, and to hold them harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses of whatever nature and kind, including attorneys’ fees, which may be at any time incurred by them or any of them in connection with the participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events by the abovesigned and the abovesigned’s staff, guests, visitors, participants, and invitees. Sponsors shall have no liability for any damage to property, or injury or death to persons arising out of the participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events. The abovesigned agrees to inform all its staff and event participants that the undersigned and such staff, participants, guests, or invitees of the abovesigned assume all risk of loss or injury arising out of participation in Gallery Night Pensacola events or related activities. The abovesigned agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the Sponsors by the participation of the abovesigned and further agrees to abide by all policies established by the Sponsors in connection with Gallery Night Pensacola events.
