This form is for artists who wish to participate in a specific Gallery Night event, as announced via the Call for Artists email sent to our mailing list subscribers. By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:
Event Availability: By submitting this application, you confirm that you are available to participate on the event date specified.
Artist Fee: You will pay the $60 participation fee by the stated deadline, if accepted.
Tent Requirements: You will provide and operate a 10′ x 10′ tent for showcasing your art on the designated event date.
Event Schedule:
Set up begins at 3:30 PM.
Your display must be fully ready by 5:00 PM.
Breakdown begins no earlier than 9:00 PM.
You must vacate the streets by 10:00 PM.
